How much is entry into the Swap Meet?
Friday: TBC, Saturday: TBC, Event pass: TBC (Children under 15 are free).

Will there be mobility scooters for hire?
Event scooter hire will be available from Ipswich's Show Mobility. They will be located opposite site LL25 in 26 Avenue.

Are there ATMs available? Where are they located?
Yes, on O Boulevard between the indoor marquee & Admin.

Where are the showers & toilets located?
Central area (T&S), North site between E & F Streets (T&S), North side between V & X Streets (T), South side between S, T, U Streets (T&S), South side between B&C Streets (T&S), A street (A37-A40) (T). Toilets and urinals are located on 38th Avenue.

WT stands for water taps, located at South end E Street, near Gate B entry, Cnr J Street & 48th Avenue, Cnr O Boulevard & 48th Avenue, North ends of E, K & V Streets.

Where is the parts pick up service located?
The parts pick up service is located on the corner of O Boulevard & 26th Avenue.

Admin/rebooking is located on O Boulevard near the indoor marquee.

Yes, we have a roaming ice truck selling bags of ice, as well as a site located on the North side of central catering area.

Can I get a Temporary Vehicle Pass?
Yes, but ONLY during bump in on Thursday and outside of public trading times Friday & Saturday.
Cost is TBC security deposit (returned on exit).

Are there camping sites available?
Yes, cost is TBC per camp site (covers Thurs-Sat regardless of how many nights staying) + TBC per person entry fee. These sites need to be pre-booked in accordance with our COVID Safety Plan.

Yes, electric mobility scooters and push bikes are permitted to be used at walking pace. Patrons are considerate to the public walking around the site. (No petrol powered scooters, motorbikes, eskys etc. allowed).

It is preferred that you don’t bring your dog as it is hot and dusty. If you do, your dog must be on a short lead. You are responsible for cleaning up after them and ensuring you can provide an adequate water container/bowl. We do have water taps on site at limited access points.

What are the size of the sites?
Outdoor sites are approx 9m long x 6m deep. Indoor 3m x 3m.

What is the cost of a site for 2023?
Outdoor sites are TBC. Indoor Marquee sites are TBC.

Is there a parts pick up service?
The Vintage and Veteran Car Club will be operating a pickup and delivery service for heavy items. They will deliver to customer’s vehicle in the public car park. They will be located on the corner of O Boulevard and 26th Avenue. Contact them on 0408 508 303.
